At Rainbow Cleaning System, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new cleaning system or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the Rainbow unit and all included attachments in their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned system, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
